Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States (AK, HI and PR require unique shipping calculations). International shipping is also available upon request.
What is the charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated based on products size, weight, and delivery distance. Shipping is calculated automatically and is included in your order total?
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Shipping may take up to additional 10-14 days, depending on the delivery location.
Will some products have different delivery times and rates?
Production lead times may vary for WaterHaus products and so does demand for those products, so lead times on certain items may change accordingly.
All items on the WaterHaus website are eligible for return and refund provided they are returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use, damage wear or mistreatment.
To process a return, you must notify WaterHaus within 48 hours of receipt and the customer support team will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). It must then be returned within 10 business days to the address of origin, was in original condition and packaging, using the delivery service authorized by WaterHaus. WaterHaus shall bear responsibility for return shipping costs?
In the event of merchandise damaged during shipping, you must notify WaterHaus immediately upon receipt of good. You may be asked to assist in the documentation of this damage for the purpose of submitting a shipping claim.
